Computers:

Dell OptiPlex Desktop and Latitude Laptop Computers and PowerEdge Servers

Fast and reliable. What else could you want?

Peripherals:

Hewlett-Packard

Their laser and inkjet printers are quite good and the most reliable available. A client of mine just recently threw away an HP LaserJet Series II (purchased new in 1990) because they were tired of looking at it. I'm still using an HP Color inkjet printer than I've had for 15 years. They're stuff is bulletproof.

Epson

Their inkjet and impact printers are also quite good and very reliable. You can spend less by buying something else, but you'll have to replace it sooner, so you won't be saving any money.

Viewsonic and NEC Displays

Again, you can buy something cheaper, but it won't be as good and it won't last as long.

Tripp Lite

Nobody makes better surge suppressors or Uninterruptible Power Supplies. We use Tripp Lite Isobar surge suppressors and Tripp Lite Line-interactive UPSs exclusively.

Cloud Services:

SilverSky

Microsoft Hosted Exchange with Smartphone  and Web services, SharePoint and Lync (formerly Office Communications) collaboration, message archiving for security, and regulatory and legal requirements.

Network Equipment:

NETGEAR

Lots of companies make this kind of stuff, and I've used products from most of them. NETGEAR equipment is reliable, and their equipment that can (or needs to be) configured doesn't require a PhD to it. Simple, effective and reliable. I have been disappointed with similar products from some pretty big names, so I just steer clear of them.

TRENDNET

Simple, reliable, secure, inexpensive SOHO VPN Internet Routers. Since Multitech discontinued their line of RouteFinder SOHO VPN Routers, I've been looking for something to replace it. I've been using one for a while now. It works well, it's simple to use, and it supports LAN-to-LAN VPN tunnels with the old RouteFinders many of my clients already use.
